Service Description
Our Children’s Creche provides a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where your child can grow, learn, and thrive. We are committed to offering a space where children feel secure, valued, and engaged, while parents can have peace of mind knowing their little ones are in capable hands. Our creche caters to children aged [X months] to [Y years], and we focus on providing both fun and educational experiences to help children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively. We understand that every child is unique, which is why our approach to childcare is centered around individual needs. Our experienced and highly trained staff are dedicated to ensuring that each child receives the attention, care, and support they need to flourish. All staff members are trained in child safety, first aid, and CPR, ensuring the highest standards of care are always maintained.

Our Children’s Drop off service offers a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children can play, learn, and grow while under the care of trained professionals. Designed for children ages 1-8 years, our creche provides a secure space where parents can feel confident knowing their children are being cared for in a fun, supportive, and well-supervised setting. The creche operates different times and days each week, excluding public holidays. We prioritize child safety and well-being by maintaining a low child-to-staff ratio, ensuring each child receives the attention they deserve. Our staff is fully trained in child safety, first aid, and CPR, and we maintain a clean, child-proofed environment equipped with age-appropriate toys and activities. We also ensure that all necessary safety and hygiene protocols are followed to protect children’s health. Parents or guardians are required to complete a registration form providing emergency contacts, medical information, and any special needs. Children must be signed in and out of the creche by an authorized adult, and the service is only available to those who are registered. If any changes to attendance are needed, parents are asked to provide 24 hours notice. We also accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, ensuring that each child receives food and snacks they can safely enjoy. Late pick up fee is £10 and must be paid within 24 hours. At our creche, we encourage positive behavior and cooperation. Parents will be informed of any disruptive behavior, and in extreme cases, service may be suspended.
